We're looking for a mature, serious, anointed Christ centered musician for our diverse congregation. Playing by ear would be a strong asset. The ideal candidate will be versatile in musical genres and worship styles. Christ motivated self starter with a vision of your own gifts and an ability to bring out the best in others is essential.
Job responsibilities will be limited to three things: 1) creating a contagious worshipful atmosphere that is inviting and relevant; 2) developing people in the music department and leading them as they impact the entire congregation and 3) building a team to accomplish tasks 1 & 2.
