Horizon Government Services, Inc. is a SBA Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) servicing federal contracts throughout the US.
Objectives: The basic service objective includes the following;
ï· Receive and annotate all repair work needed to be performed to all DPW facilities.
ï· Submit Work Orders (WO) to Base O&M contractor as required.
ï· Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed.
ï· Provide courteous, friendly customer service to all DPW customers
Must be computer literate
Must be able to work with window based software
Must have intermediate ability to multi-task on the phone, and inputting the data regarding the service request in the database.
Must type a minimum of 50 WPM.
Must have excellent customer service and client relation skills
Must be friendly, approachable, outgoing and professional at all times.
Ideal candidate will possess 5+ years as a service dispatcher in any industry
Possess a degree in Administrative, Office Management, Accounting or a related field.
High School Diploma or GED required
