Established, well-respected Property Management company seeks dynamic, experienced, Property Manager to work in multiple communities in the Savannah area. The properties are well established and in a great locations. The Property Manager is responsible for the leasing of apartment units and all related functions including marketing, coordinating service requests, and accounting.
Additional job duties include:
-Learning and operating property management software programs
-Tenant screening
-Maintaining and perpetuating Fair Housing standards, policies, and procedures
-Monitoring and maintaining the condition of the rental office, models, and rent ready units
The ideal candidate should possess the following:

-Ability to multitask
