We are Wax & Wane Waxing Salon: Savannah, Georgia's first exclusive waxing salon, providing award winning head to toe hair removal services. We are also home to a carefully curated product and lifestyle boutique focused on all natural body and skincare products. Rooted in education, the guest experience is at the top of our priority list. Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a kind, thoughtful, patient and enthusiastic salon coordinator to enhance the care and kindness we strive to continuously share with our guests. This position is for PART-TIME only.
What does the position entail?
-Checking in and out guests
-Scheduling appointments
-Answering phones
-Inventory
-Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace
-Retail sales and professional recommendations
-Aftercare and education for guests
-Any tasks that contribute to the overall salon success and experience.
Prospective candidate requirements:
-Excellent customer service skills
-Minimum of 1 year in a spa/ salon/ receptionist position
-Excellent verbal and written skills
-Proper telephone etiquette-
Ability to multi task in a busy environment
-Independent problem solving skills
-Ability to maintain a clean work environment
-Eagerness to work as a team player
-Passion for making others feel confident and great!
-Availability on nights and weekends
-A kind, genuine and positive attitude
-High school diploma or greater
-Reliable transportation
