ACProducts, Inc. (ACPI), is looking for a Single Family Cabinetry Field Service Technician to add to our growing team of professionals. ACProducts, Inc. (acpi) is a leading national kitchen and bath cabinetry company.
Major tasks, responsibilities and key accountabilities of the Field Service Technician:
- Assist sales reps with jobsite measurements.
- Follow up, critique, and inspect kitchen installations.
- Create orders for items needed to complete kitchen installation.
- Create Punch List of items to be corrected.
- Create Product Inspection Reports on quality issues.
- Schedule punch work, warranty work, cleanup work, finish work, etc. of all installed kitchens.
- Obtain sign offs from customer once job is completed.
- Provide quality after sales support.
- Other job duties as required.
- Perform service work and repairs at the job site as required to complete installations.
- Perform warranty work as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure installers are working in a safe and professional manner and provide safety training as required.
Minimum Role Qualifications for the Field Service Technician:
- 2+ years of experience in installing or manufacturing in the kitchen and bath industry required.
- 2+ years of minor carpentry work required.
- Basic computer skills in MS Office Software (Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Minor carpentry work required.
Physical Requirements of the Field Service Technician:
HEAVY - Exert up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force constantly to move objects. Position requires climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling objects.
