Morningstar Storage is now hiring a Part Time Maintenance Associate for our Savannah, GA location. This is a Part Time position, averaging 15-18 hours per week. No evening or late night hours. Individual should demonstrate positive communication skills, be able to interact positively with customers and property management team, and take pride in maintaining our storage property to the highest standards.
Successful candidates should be able to perform the following:
Janitorial functions that include: sweeping, general cleaning, painting, power-washing, lifting, small repair projects, and landscaping.
Prepare storage units that become vacant for new tenants.
Utilize tools provided on the property to maintain high level of property standards.
Ability to maintain positive, professional relationships and interactions with customers, peers, and supervisor.
Maintain a professional, hygienic appearance and adhere to the company's uniform policy.
Successful candidates should have the following requirements:
Maintenance, janitorial, and handy-man experience desired or at least an interest to learn!
Must have extreme pride in a job well done!
Ability to use basic tools safely.
Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
