Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Rick Hargett. I own TightRope Intermodal Transport LLC. Our goal here at TightRope Intermodal Transport is to become a large player in the local trucking industry. We are going to achieve this by taking care of the customers, by taking care of the trucks, and most importantly, taking care of the driver. To that end, we offer a $100.00 sign on bonus after one month, and another $100.00 after the next month, and yet another $100.00 after the third month. We also offer performance bonuses and safety bonuses. We also offer one-week paid vacation after one year. As the business grows, we will be able to offer more. We do nothing on credit, and are a sound business without debt. The trucks were paid in full the day we bought them.
We require 18 months experience, a TWIC card, and good work ethics. We have weekend work available, and we expect our sub-contractors to work some Saturdays. Call us to discuss compensation.
