- Reporting to the Head of IT Patient Solutions, the contractor will work closely with our Rare Disease Organization Patient Experience Team and our external partners on the Implementation, launch, hypercare, and day to day support of our new Rare Disease Patient Support Program (powered by Salesforce Health Cloud).
- We are looking for a resource that has implemented Salesforce Health Cloud in the past and has the technology background and business acumen to support the following activities:
- Collaborate and help make decisions on any remaining architectural or design decisions
- Clarify and document new or changing Business Requirements
- Analyze all work completed to date to understand current configurations, workflows, reports, API integrations and custom coding
- Participate in QA of work as it is completed
- Participate in Validation Testing of System prior to launch
- Participate in Hypercare of System post launch
- Act as the System Administrator of the Platform (with at least one other client IT Staff)
- Execute on the following:
- Configuration changes
- New coding assignments (API changes/updates)
- New or changed workflow, process or reporting requirements as they arise
- Aid our Nurse staff who may have questions about the usage of the system or help document future requirements needed to enhance the system
- Assist with GXP Validation Change control documents (per the direction of our IT Validation team). Note: We do not need a Validation expert, we need someone who can assist with document creation.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 Years’ Experience implementing Salesforce Health Cloud or Service Cloud applications using full Software Development Life Cycle practices
- Demonstrated experience gathering, documenting, and implementing business requirements
- 2 Year Experience building and supporting Salesforce to Salesforce Integrations (ie. Marketing Cloud/Veeva) as well as custom APEX coded APIs.
- Experience with CTI Integration with SFHC
- Strong understanding of HIPAA requirements (Data Security, Encryption, storage, handling, etc) and associated system impacts.
- Strong problem-solving ability and critical thinking skills
- Salesforce Certification preferred
- 1 Year Healthcare Experience
- Experience in the support of computerized System Validation, part 11 compliance
