Must be able to type 55WPM
Open and sort insurance documents
Update vehicle and homeowner's insurance information in Windows based software with a high degree of accuracy and speed
Maintain organized account files
Answer inbound and initiate outbound calls regarding vehicle and homeowner's insurance coverage from customers, clients and agents
Communicate information in a clear, concise and professional manner
Be able to disseminate and retain information quickly and accurately
Must type 55WPM
