Position: Floor Technician
Location: Reidsville, GA (Tattnall County)
Hours: Nights (Monday-Friday 7:00pm – 3:30am)
Metz Culinary Management is growing and has an opening for a Floor & Project Technician within our Environmental Services Department with experience maintaining all types of floor areas through the process of stripping/waxing floors, buffing/burnishing, shampooing carpeted areas, and cleaning non wax surfaces in a hospital or similar large facility setting such as schools or long term care centers. 1-3 years of Experience with Floor cleaning and sanitation is strongly desired and salary will be competitive based on experience!
Floor technicians must have knowledge and experience of appropriate equipment and safety measures to ensure that the overall appearance, sanitation, and cleanliness are apparent to our Patients, Faculty, and Client.

Requirements:
1-3 years of Experience with Floor cleaning and sanitation is strongly desired.
Ensure that all assigned areas are properly cleaned and maintained.
Maintain all assigned equipment; keep equipment clean and in good repair.
Follow all safety and sanitation regulations.
Comply with all the Hospital/Department policies and procedures.
Anticipates and acts to maintain a safe work environment. Incorporates safety/risk management standards into daily work practices.
Assures that work/cleaning schedules are followed.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Strong work ethic and team player.
Trade School or Vocational School certificate preferred but not required.
