- Under broad supervision, maintains and troubleshoots computers, servers, peripherals, and/or applications.
- Implements consistent procedures and standards for general system maintenance in consultation with IS staff.
- Owns assigned tasks.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field from an accredited college or university AND Three years of system experience in developing or supporting applications.
- An adequate knowledge and understanding of existing IT technologies and how they are utilized within business units in support of business processes
- Experience in an enterprise data environment
- Knowledge of ERP systems and integration points with in-house and third-party systems
