Selecting proper internal connection and template.
Connecting phase coils in proper sequence.
Manually insert copper wire into motor iron.
Weld internal connections, weld covers, install motor protection, and apply terminal leads per documentation.
Perform other duties as instructed by the Supervisor.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
Must be able to use small hand tools and air operated wrenches.
Must be able to read and interpret measuring gauges.
Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
Must be able to push and pull compressors weighing up to 200 pounds on a conveyor.
Must be able to interact and communicate with peers and supervisors.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience working in a manufacturing or factory environment.
Basic English language skills (speaking, reading, writing)
Basic knowledge of electrical concepts.
Demonstrate basic problem solving skills.
