Service Systems Administrator - Suwanee, GAMazak Corporation is looking for a Service Systems Administrator to join the Southeast Service department in Suwanee, GA. The Service Systems Administrator will be responsible for the total monitoring and Maintenance of Mazak Service's operating system inclusive to consistent training of the system to Mazak service in house technicians, Distributor service partners and 3rd party service contractors.Scope and Responsibilities:Essential duties include, but are not limited to the following:Proactively attains a safe and healthy environment for all employeesInputs case's, assigns work orders, Audits bookings, and diligently monitors speed of response via the service operating systemWorks in total harmony with our distributor partners and 3rd party service contractors to assure work order and bookings are carried out with due diligence for distributor installations and non-warranty servicesWill assure management that all who input information into the service operating system do so in a uniform pattern inclusive to establishing accurate time and calendar of service eventsCreate and build customer spreadsheets from the operating system as requested by managementWill work with all our partners to assure their FSE's complete service receipts are filled out properly and in detail.Will examine all service receipts are fair, detailed and clearly define services performed before invoicing the customer. This also includes have a proper/legitimate Purchase order from the customer before invoicing take placeAssists with technical phone support as neededOccasional travel requiredEducation/Certification:High school diploma a must35 years of field or in-house service experience with CNC Machine toolsSkills:Strong PC skillsProven ability to work will with othersRead and understand mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical drawingsAbility to lift 50 lbs. on a daily basis, and over 50lbs on a periodic base.To apply please send resumes to .EOE, including disability/vets.
