Most of the production and engineering is performed in Suwanee. Job DesignationThe Sr. Commercial Specialist oversees the contract and agreement processes for UK MoD, Canada, and Australia. Prepares contractual agreements and provides commervial-related advice. Drafts and reviews contractual documentation and negotiates agreements in accordance with corporate policy and applicable legal requirements. Ensures efficient performance throughout the product life cycle and the life of the contract, including modifications and interpretations to completion. Job Core Responsibilities Cradle to Grave Contract Management. Oversight of Commercial functions for United Kingdom (UK MoD), Canadian, and Australian Territories. In time will assume the oversight of Mexico and South America commercial functions. Assesses contractual and commercial risk and provides appropriate advice to Commercial Management team. Oversees the commercial aspects of RFIs or RFPs, including obtaining necessary internal approvals. Manages the Commercial team's contract amendment negotiations. Ensures that dissemination of agreements and contract closedown/exit activities are completed within expected timelines. Provides support, training and mentorship to the Commercial Management team. Monitors and analyzes the administration of contracts to ensure compliance with contract terms and company policies. Other responsibilities as assigned. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required. May need to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and additional hours as necessary. Oversight of Third Party Agreements. Opportunity to work remotely 1-2 days per week.
