Office Receptionist

 Greet, assist, and/or direct all visitors including customers, newcomers, clients and vendors to host employees;Top management visits/meetings organization;Incoming & outgoing correspondence;Office related taxi services & transfers;Daily security questions, cooperation with security guards;Swiped On system daily maintenance;Document flow for incoming/outgoing mails & cargo (Post Office, International courier services);Assisting other administrative staff with overflow work, including word; processing, data entry and research;Additional projects based Office Management needs.
