We are currently recruiting for a client seeking a Desktop/Printer Support Technician on a full time basis.The regular tasks are:
- Printer Troubleshooting and parts replacement
- Printer Configuration and Driver installation
- Printer Networking wired and WIFI
- Scan to PC and Scan to Email from a Local or Shared Printer
- Desktop Troubleshooting and Repairs
- Hard Drive upgrades or replacement
- Windows Installation / Reinstallation
- Troubleshoot Phones and work with the Phone vendor
- Level 1 – Application support (Properly define the problem and take screenshots as needed, create a ticket)
- Smart Hands for Network outages (work with Network team to reboot equipment as needed)
- Setup Tablets for Truck Drivers
- Setup Inventory Scanners (Instructions provided)
- Level 1 – Vendor machine support (Properly define the problem and take screenshots as needed, create a ticket)
- Setup Spare PCs / Swap out machines are required
- Follow and promote cyber security best practices.
