Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Graphic Design Analyst. This role operates within the industry of marketing and graphic design, focusing on developing and maintaining website graphic designs and layout to support our organization's brand identity.Responsibilities: Develop and sustain website graphic designs and layout to uphold the organization's image, identity and brands. Analyze website technology trends to identify new techniques and ensure optimal site design. Review all elements of site design from a usability perspective to ensure maximum effectiveness. Maintain the organization's website graphics standards, techniques and methods. Utilize detail-oriented expertise and judgement in executing tasks, requiring minimal supervision. Apply understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline in day-to-day work. Use practical knowledge gained through experience or a university degree to fulfill the responsibilities of the role. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate customer credit records.Requirements Must hold a University Degree in a relevant field such as Graphic Design, Marketing, or Architecture Design. Experience in marketing and graphic design is essential, with a strong focus on digital platforms. Proficiency in using design software and tools for creating layout and brochures. Must understand and follow marketing procedures and methods to increase brand awareness. Experience in handling materials for marketing campaigns, including social media, websites, and brochures. Strong knowledge of current technology trends, especially in the field of graphic design. Must have a solid understanding of usability principles and sales enablement strategies. Experience in supervising projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget processes. Ability to work with different teams and manage collateral effectively. Must have a strong understanding of NIS (Network and Information Systems). Proficiency in photography is a plus. Must have the ability to create and manage digital content for social media platforms to increase brand awareness.
