U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. / Lade-Danlar has an opportunity at our Tucker, GA location for a Solution Manager. This will support and sell a variety of value-added services offered by U.S. Electrical, including: E-commerce websites, mobile apps E-procurement including punchout, order & invoice automation, digital catalogs & hotsheets Job management Vendor managed inventory / customer managed inventory Vehicle and cart storage systems and management Electrical supply prefabrication / kitting Support a selection of products, mainly connected IOT (Internet of Things) devices. Make sales calls demonstrating value added services, processes and differentiators. Identify customer needs, roadblocks and propose solutions. Responsible for growth of services in assigned territory. Conduct research to identify opportunities, initiate contact, and deliver presentations to decision makers. Establish & nurture relationships with key customers in assigned territory. Drive and coordinate promotions, events and online and print marketing in support of strategy. Participate in trade shows and counter days. Participate in industry organizations to gain insight into customer needs. Train branch personnel, provide ongoing coaching and go on joint sales calls. Work with branch personnel to ensure an omni-channel experience for our customers and work with leadership team to remove any roadblocks causing channel conflict. Travel to company, customer and supplier locations to provide support as needed.
