Local company is seeking an HR Generalist. Will be screening, interviewing, and selecting applicants for industrial and clerical job openings. Will conduct new hire orientations, review on-boarding documents and counsel employees. This is a fast-paced job that requires someone who is self-motivated and works well in a team environment (will be working very closely with 4 other people). Must have excellent computer skills and be able to navigate computer applications with confidence. Job requires strong attention to detail and the ability jump from one task to another without being easily flustered. Hours are 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Paid holidays, vacation and medical insurance.
