We are seeking a management team, husband and wife, to manage a mid-sized, upscale Mobile Home Park in a country setting near Valdosta, GA. The Office detail person would handle all standard office duties, such as collecting rents, delivering late notices, filing, and any other office duties that come up, as well as interaction with tenants. Must possess organizational, scheduling, and computer skills. The Maintenance person must be well-rounded in all mobile home maintenance skills. Maintenance personnel would also be responsible for mowing the property which includes a few of the park owned homes, common areas, and front signage areas.
This suburban family community consists of 33 tenant-owned homes and 27 park-owned homes and generally stays full. Compensation will include housing, utilities, internet, use of a small company truck, and a small monthly stipend.
