Jr Product Manager

1-3 years' experience

Can be a recent college grad

One of our Top Global Partners is looking for a Digital Product Manager to join their Product Management team. The ideal candidate will have experience in related product environments & projects such as Smart buildings, Smart Homes, Smart Cities, or similar, as well as strong IoT or IoT exposure.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience within technical product management surrounding customer facing digital application products

Experience focusing on the customer experience aspect of products

Including technical knowledge & experience in these emerging technologies

Strong business acumen - deep understanding of services provided, cost and revenue operations, "big picture" of how products affect the business

Excellent communication skills to communicate across various functional teams effectively and proactively

Go-getter mentality, ability to push deadlines & drive initiatives, lead meetings, etc.

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of project management, strong communication skills, and a technical background.

Groom roadmaps, help define realistic goals and timeframes, schedule work, and manage projects through to completion.

Work effectively with cross-functional teams on complex technical and non-technical concepts, focusing teams on solutions that bring clarity, simplicity, and joy to all product experiences

Experience working remotely (Digital Foundry is Remote-First and all work in EST)

Excellent communication skills that are clear, concise and empower teams into action

Team player with a positive, collaborative work ethic

Enjoys collaborating with design, product, etc.

Responsibilities:

This person will join the Product Management team supporting in both the overall strategy and hands-on technical work including working with the business for product statuses and understanding, creating process flows, writing user stories & use cases, etc. This personal will ideally have consumer grade digital application product management experience, and have excellent knowledge within both the business and technical side of product
