Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Senior Program Analyst -ACSINT to support our Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) program at Robins AFB, GA. The Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) is an intelligence enterprise system, comprised of 27 active duty, Air National Guard (ANG), and mission partner sites, interconnected by a robust communications infrastructure spanning the globe.Program Analyst will provide support to the program office by providing an analysis of data in support of program projects, including advising on the direction the IPT should consider based on an understanding of current program status, properly assessing priority of activity and development of projects in order to realize the optimum and most efficient outcome.
Program Analyst shall demonstrate knowledge of business and industry practices; characteristics and use of equipment, products, property, acquisitions, etc.
Shall consolidate and provide information from various databases containing program data ranging from training, requirements management, performance, schedule, cost, etc. to measure and assess program effectiveness.
Program Analyst will also maintain and monitor contract budget databases to include CCaRS, Automated Business Service System (ABSS), Request and Authorization for In-scope Tasks (RAITs) and EVM reports.
Minimum of a Top Secret Security clearance is required.
One of the following Education/Experience criteria must be met:
Advanced Degree (MA/MS) and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 years of which must be in the DoD
BA/BS degree, and 15 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 of which must be in the DoD
20 years of directly related experience with proper certifications, 8 of which must be in the DoD.
Willingness to travel if required.
