Our work has meaning and impact on the world around us, but also on us, and that’s important.Our work depends on a TPharm Support Analyst joining our team in support of the DHA Pharmacy Support Services (https://www.health.mil/Military-Health-Topics/Access-Cost-Quality-and-Safety/Pharmacy-Operations/POD-Analytics-Support/Business-Objects) program.This role will work on a hybrid schedule during orientation and training, however will be primarily remote working after that.In this role, a typical day would be to:Assist with development of Statements of Work (SOWs), Requests for Information (RPIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), sole source memorandum, Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), and appropriate contract modifications in support of TPharm, and any successor contract.

Assist in preparation of information papers, briefings, executive summaries, and presentations for members of the Pharmacy TPharm team.

Solicit technical information from various Government and civilian organizations and act as liaison to various DHA Program Offices and contractors on TPharm issues.

Implementation and operational activities related to TPharm IT programs to include MHS Genesis and other programs mandated by policy.

Monitor, schedule and assist with action items as required.

Organize work group meetings and record minutes for meetings as required.

Attend meetings as requested and performs other related duties as assigned.

Serve as liaison to the Federal Pricing Refund Program.

Participate in communication activities inside and outside the DHA to include communication plans to support the implementation of new programs and benefit design changes.

Coordinate with DHA and TPharm contractor to provide input on special programs lists (e.g. specialty drug list, mandatory mail order list, etc.)

Assist the Government in monitoring TPharm contract deliverables and TPharm contract performance

Assist with the Mail Order replenishment process.

Assist with the reconciliation of purchased MOP replenishment versus claims processed.

Assist in gathering data for audits and pharmacy claim reviews.

Review the formulary search tool to ensure compliance with DoD P&T decisions.​

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors degree and 2+ years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with operational support, reporting and compiling data

Experience with MS Office (specifically strong Excel)

Experience with Adobe PDF

Must be a US Citizen and NACI (T1) clearable

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Experience with Defense Health Agency strongly preferred

Experience working through analytical processes

Medical terminology and/or Pharmacy experience is a plus
