Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Systems Analyst, Senior to support our U-2 Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance/ Special Operations Forces (U-2 ISR/SOF). The U-2 Branch (AFLCMC/HBGA) is comprised of Government civilian, military, and Contractor personnel which support three Sections: Airframe, Sensors and Systems, of which multiple IPT's provide full sustainment of cradle-to-grave support to the U-2 program.

The U-2 aircraft delivers high-altitude, all-weather surveillance and reconnaissance, day or night, in direct support of U.S. and allied forces. It delivers critical imagery and signals intelligence to decision makers throughout all phases of conflict, including peacetime indications and warnings, low-intensity conflict, and large-scale hostilities.

The Systems Analyst, Senior shall perform work that involves applying analytical processes to the planning, design, and implementation of new and improved information systems to meet the business requirements of customer organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Performing needs analyses to define opportunities for new or improved business process solutions
  • Consulting with customers to identify and recommending requirements
  • Recommending overall functional and systems requirements and specifications
  • Conducting business process reengineering
  • Conducting feasibility studies and trade-off analyses
  • Preparing business cases for the application of IT solutions
  • Recommending systems scope and objectives
  • Developing cost estimates for new or modified systems
  • Ensuring the integration of all systems components; e.g., procedures, databases, policies, software, and hardware
  • Planning systems implementation; and/or ensuring the rigorous application of information security/ cybersecurity policies, principles, and practices to the systems analysis process
  • Supporting implementation and execution of agile software execution in concert with Government and Prime Contractors.

Qualifications

  • Active Secret clearance is required.
  • Minimum Education and Experience:
  • Advanced Degree (MA/MS) and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 years of which must be in the DoD
  • BA/BS degree, and 15 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 of which must be in the DoD
  • 20 years of directly related experience with proper certifications, 8 of which must be in the DoD.
  • Willingness to travel if required.
