This position will require both office and construction site (field work) and be exposed to all weather conditions. Maybe required to work shift work.This is a 12 month contract position with possible extension.Qualifications:

Experience in preparing, reviewing, field implementing, and closing of Nuclear power plant initial test program component and preoperational test procedures and test packages

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commissioning and troubleshooting Motor Operated Valves and Actuators (preferably Nuclear / Power plants) is preferred

Experience in the testing, design, specification, or installation of nuclear or commercial building mechanical and control systems and other systems being commissioned (worker experience, supervisory experience, and/or program manager experience preferred)

Demonstrated familiarity with various MOV vendor manuals and procedures

Support the following: read process and instrumentation diagrams, electrical diagrams, understand equipment control software and instrument control loops

Ability to do lifting, bending climbing, crawling, prolonged walking and working with uneven surfaces will be required

Ability to obtain a badge for unescorted access to the construction area of a nuclear power plant

Responsibilities: Work with project teams, project management, and conducting meetings; good team-building skills; strong communication skills, especially documentation Write functional performance test plans, as well as assembling a complete testing plan. Design installation and/or troubleshooting of various types of Motor Operated Valves and Actuators

Participate in cross functional teamwork, coordinate multiple work groups during testing and provide technical support
