DescriptionRobert Half Technology is currently hiring for a full-time Desktop Support Consultant to join our Support Team. In this position, you will provide technology support for clients of Robert Half in the city and metro Atlanta area, using your great customer service skills and strong troubleshooting capabilities to resolve problems, take preventative action to reduce future issues, and provide consultation services.As a consultant of Robert Half Technology, candidates will provide expert level technical assistance in support and preparation of desktop supported applications and hardware. This position requires extensive knowledge of and experience with desktop technology. This position receives escalated level support issues from helpdesk and Enterprise Support Center and will require a majority of deskside, hands on approach to troubleshooting.If interested in this position, please email sarah.gillman@rht.comRequirementsThis position requires a minimum of three years of deskside support experience, excellent knowledge of software and hardware. Microsoft Certifications, CompTIA certifications or Cisco certifications. Experience working with multiple ticketing systems. Knowledge of Windows 7, 8 and Windows 10. MAC OS experience is preferred but it is not required.Strong computer and peripheral networking issues. Interpersonal skills required to effectively communicate with users and vendors. Passion for teamwork, continuing education, problem solving and exceptional customer service.
