Job DescriptionWith 118 beds and more than 400 physicians on its medical staff, Pali Momi Medical Center offers a full range of services for the communities of Central and West O'ahu. The hospital has delivered many medical firsts for the community, including Central and West O'ahu’s only interventional cardiac catheterization unit to detect and treat heart disease, a fully integrated minimally invasive surgical suite, a comprehensive women’s center, CT scan and MRI services, and the state’s first retina center. Pali Momi is the only facility in Hawai'i that uses a team triage approach in its emergency room, where patients are promptly evaluated by an emergency physician.Our Cardiology services are among the best in the State, and encompass specialty care including non-invasive diagnostics, EKG, Treadmill and Echocardiogram Imaging for both clinic and hospital in-patients. Our EKG department includes specially trained technicians and qualified physicians who employ state-of-the-art EKG technology and imaging techniques for accurate diagnosis and appropriate patient care plan development.If you have meticulous technical and patient care skills, you could help the Cardiology department at Pali Momi deliver quality, compassionate cardiac care to our patients and their families. The Cardiac Technician performs a variety of electro-neurodiagnostic and non-invasive electro-cardiographic procedures including cardiac stress tests, EKGs and Holter monitoring. In addition to interacting with patients in a professional and considerate manner, the Cardiac Technician works closely with physicians, area support staff and other hospital departments.
