Provides analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerability. Prepares assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information. Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations. Collects data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes.

Direct and lead a CYBER/SPACE focused intelligence team to conduct processing and analysis of network contributions to the extent required by intelligence teams; refined or raw datasets, imagery and practical visualizations will be supplied to complement or reinforce parallel collections and analysis efforts in the INDOPACOM area of responsibility (AOR).

Provide subject matter expertise to USARPAC staff of Signals Intelligence (CYBER/SPACE) Collection and Requirement Management activities. Advises in the development of USARPAC Intelligence CYBER/SPACE requirement input into national and theater collection systems to answer theater Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR).

Provides deconfliction recommendations to USAPAC collection support from a diverse group of national agencies and in-theater elements while developing a comprehensive CYBER/SPACE collection strategies in support of national, theater, operational, and tactical requirements and operations within theater. Collaborates with analysts and collection managers from other intelligence disciplines, both internal and external, to create innovative and comprehensive collection strategies.

Advises in establishing and refining theater-specific tactics, techniques, priorities, and procedures for all phases of CYBER/SPACE efforts. Coordinates these efforts extensively with the Indo-Pacific Command (INDO-PACOM) Joint Intelligence Operations Center.

Assists in the management of production requirements by determining the effective utilization of collection assets (national and theater) to accomplish the CYBER/SPACE mission. Assists Theater and component command collection managers in the development of CYBER/SPACE collection strategies to support national, theater, operational, and tactical requirements and plans.

Other duties may be assigned, as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

15+ Years with Bachelors or 13+ Years with Masters or 10+ Year with Phd or JD or 5+ Years with MD or DVM or HS diploma + 20+ years of relevant experience.

10 years’ experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on the production of intelligence analysis.

3 years of experience with all-source intelligence analysis for foreign space or counter space assets and threats

Broad general knowledge of the USARPAC’s intelligence mission, and full knowledge of the intelligence collection issues for CYBER/SPACE mission subject areas in order to develop innovative, discipline-specific collection requirements in order to address and close intelligence gaps.

Detailed knowledge of various CYBER/SPACE collection sensors, platforms, and sources within collection disciplines, including associated collection strategies and tasking procedures.

Detailed knowledge of a wide range of CYBER/SPACE concepts, principles, and practices, and its sub-disciplines, policy, operations, tasking, and procedures to process, analyze, and report intelligence findings based upon theater and national tasking.

Detailed knowledge with all-source intelligence analysis for foreign space or counter space assets and threats

Knowledge of foreign civil, commercial, or military satellite systems, subsystems, or infrastructure

Ability to analyze data from multiple intelligence sources and produce comprehensive high-quality analytical reports

Previous experience briefing senior leadership at the General Officer, Flag Officer, or Senior Executive Service level.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to proof read, edit, and finalize intelligence products for senior leader briefings.

Valid US Passport

Clearance: must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance

Preferred Requirements

6 years of experience with all-source intelligence analysis for foreign space or counter space assets and threats

4 Years’ experience supporting USARPAC intelligence and or operations.

8 Years’ experience supporting USINDOPACOM intelligence and or operations.
