Accounting Clerk (Honolulu)
Autosource LLC, the states largest independent pre-owned auto dealer is seeking an
accounting clerk to join its team. This position will report directly to the Chief Accounting
Officer of Autosource.
Responsibilites
ï·
-Processes and records accounts payable, cash receipts, and ACH payments.
ï·
-Reconcile credit card statements and vendor statements and follow up on
missing invoices.
ï·
-Prepares credit references for vendors and/or new suppliers.
ï·
-Assists other departments or sections during peak periods as required.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
ï·
-Possess strong accounting skills with thorough understanding of debits and
credits.
ï·
-Possess strong analytic skills and proficiency for working with numbers,
accounting principles, and financial concepts.
ï·
-Possess proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
ï·
-2 to 3 years of experience in accounting.
ï·
-Self starter, able to work independently, and quick learner.
ï·
-Ability to work with concentration, accuracy, and attention to detail.
WORK HOURS:
8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday and as deemed necessary.
