Fast paced, Property Management company in Kahala seeking a strong, skilled Bookkeeper/Tenant Admin for immediate hire.
Contractor is organized, takes pride in their work, has a take charge attitude, able to work with minimum supervision and gets the job done. You will work with multiple properties and businesses in our small Kahala Office. Prior Property Management office experience a plus.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Preparation, distribution, tracking, receiving and filing of all Tenant Lease docs.
Maintain accurate and detailed Tenant files and track communications with Tenants
All aspects of Accounts Receivable, Ledger reconciliations
Various Receivable reporting in a timely and accurate manner
Reconciliation of onsite petty cash funds
General filing and maintenance of accounting files and documents
Assist Accounting Manager with Journal entries, G/L reconciliations and monthly reporting.
Other duties as assigned by Accounting Manager
Requirements:
Working knowledge of all areas of QuickBooks, Excel, Word
Ability to manage heavy Gmail and work easily in a MAC computer environment
High attention to detail and accuracy with strong organizational skills
Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work in a fast paced, multi businesss office environment

Independent Contractor position, Fee commensurate with experience
Office hours offered between 7:00AM to 6:00PM, flexible 8.50 hr. shift with Lunch break
