Currently looking for a billing clerk in the downtown area. Here's the major responsibilities and requirements:
Billing and collection
Investigate, resolve and respond to customer inquiries through phone calls and emails
Review invoices and premium receivables and perform account reconciliations
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Must have at least 2 years of accounting/billing experience. Intermediate knowledge on MS Excel and MS Word. Strong customer and communication skills Knowledge of basic accounting principles. (M-F 8am-5pm)
