Call Center Representative

Under the direction of the Senior Call Center Representative and Call Center Manager, assist members via telephone and other communication channels providing prompt, quality, efficient and accurate member services and cross sell products and services available. Ideal candidate shall possess a high school diploma or equivalent with at least one (1) years' experience in similar position with a financial institution, or equivalent education or work experience; must have a working knowledge of computers with an emphasis on Microsoft Office.
