Title:Loan Officers
Schedule:Mon- Fri 8am-5pm
Pay:$18-$38/hr, DOE
Location:Honolulu, HI
Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking Loan Officers for the Real Estate, Consumer, and Member Business Departments for a Financial Institution in Honolulu. Call our office today at (808) 447-7402 to set up a phone interview this week!
Loan Officer Responsibilities:
Consumer Loan officer: processing and granting of loans
Member Business Loan Officer: developing and growing business relationships
Mortgage Loan Officer: evaluation and qualification of applicants for loan program and approval
Preparation of all loan requests, sumbittals, and maintenance for all files
Loan Officer Requirements:
Bachelors degree required
3-5 years of consumer, mortgage lending, and business development experience
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Word
Able to maintain the privacy of our member’s account information
Must be detail-oriented and effectively meet critical deadlines
Ability to work a flexible schedule
