Seeking Reliable Accounting Clerk
Competitive compensation package:
Employment type: Part-time
Position: Jr Accounting Clerk
$14-$16 per hr depending on experience
Hours: 25-30 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
Qualification Requirements:
Entry level, must have 1-3 years experience in basic accounting/bookkeeping;
Helpful to have experience in payroll processing;
Must have working knowledge in Microsoft office suite, primarily Excel and Word;
Detail oriented with high degree of accuracy and quickness;
Possesses communication skills and general knowledge of office practices;
Team player and customer service oriented.
Successful candidate will be trained in all areas of responsibility including but not limited to:
Data entry of journal transactions
Reconciliation of bank statement
Cash counting and payroll processing
Administrative and clerical duties
