Position Summary:

Count, bag, and distribute cash bags for ATM balancing routes. Keeps records of sealed money bags received at and dispatched from vault.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Pack and balance ATMs in the morning

Load all armor/ATM/coins items for the beginning of the day

Count all incoming cash shipments/residuals and release armor/ATMS/mal

Assist in FRB coins and CPB daily coin inventory and record keeping

Ensure the daily gathering of card capture request forms

Log and verify said forms are done accurately and within Bank of Hawaii's and PCI's acceptable guidelines

Daily cleaning of all vault areas and equipment

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

One to three months related experience and/or training

OR, equivalent combination of education and experience

Other Skills:

Skilled in handling, counting, and balancing high volume cash

Experienced in MS Office products and Windows

Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.

Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Able to work in a team environment and able to demonstrate strong work ethic.

Work Environment:

The employee will be working in a highly secured area with limited access. On occasion, exposed to moving mechanical parts (cash counter machines). The noise level in the work environment is usually modest.

Work Days and Hours:

Non-exempt position. Generally Monday - Friday, various shifts with some Saturdays. Must be able to work overtime as directed.
