Requirements:
2-5 years of professional recruiting experience, preferably in a sales environment
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
Ability to demonstrate strong relationships built in past work environments
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work any day of the week, including weekends
Access to vehicle, valid driver license and an acceptable driving record
