We are looking highly motivated Float Manager to oversee the various Maui Minit Stop locations. Each incumbent will be assisting in the proper and efficient operation of the store while implementing Company initiatives, policies, merchandising strategies, and addressing other business issues as required.

Qualifications:
1. High School Diploma. College degree desirable and/or equivalent experience will be considered.
2. Two years of experience in a supervisory role in retail/and or foodservice desirable.
3. Computer skills including, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook required. Prior POS experience desirable.
4. Must have excellent writing, communication and people skills and be willing to work required hours.
5. This position is physically demanding and requires that the incumbent be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
