We are a growing company looking to expand in Hawaii within the next year. In order to do this we need to bring in leaders, not just managers. Our team would like to start the training process within the next 2-3 weeks and we will be reviewing resumes and conducting telephone interviews this week.

Our ideal candidate would be goal oriented with a strong work ethic and desire to move into a leadership role. Your resume should emphasize your previous customer service experience, your leadership ability and your demonstrated work ethic. If you did not have a management title simply highlight the leadership and/or training functions in your past positions.
