FACE-TO-FACE INTERVIEWS REQUIRED
Large residential property is seeking applicants with good leadership qualities and years of solid management experience. Stable, long-term employment for the right candidate. Full-time position generally M-F, 8:00 am 5:00 pm. Good pay commensurate with experience, excellent benefits including fully paid employee medical premium, generous employer match with 401k, and Aflac supplemental insurance.
Position needs someone who has an exceptional ability to work well with others, can provide wisdom and sound guidance to a small staff, excels in competently handling multiple responsibilities, is highly organized, and can remain calm while effectively handling challenging situations.
Job responsibilities include oversight of administration and maintenance of the property management operations. Requires knowledge, experience, and capability of handling administrative functions for rental apartments, tenant relations, and facilities maintenance. Must be able to work successfully in partnership with other managers.
Applicants must have competency in use of MS Office applications, have satisfactory level of knowledge with technology, tools, and equipment, and have prior experience overseeing vendors and contractors. Knowledge of Section 8, Fair Housing, and Landlord/Tenant regulations very helpful.
