POSITION TYPE: Full-Time, Salary + Commission
LOCATION: Kapolei, HI

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Bid and negotiate projects, perform take-offs, interpret plans and specifications
Generate mechanical drawings, submittals and technical data
Perform Project Management duties, attend pre-bid meetings and construction sites
Provide technical and mechanical support as needed
Abide by all standards, procedures and safety rules set forth by company and governmental agencies
Miscellaneous duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Current mechanical and project management experience relevant to construction industry
Must be able to read, interpret and quantify construction specifications and necessary details
Must be able to create, generate and modify AutoCad/Mechanical drawings
Fully Competent with MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Valid HI Driver’s License
Clean driving record
