Busy local construction company seeking an office manager that will also handle human resource duties.
Office Manager Duties:
Oversee all office functions
Provide general supervision of office staff
General clerical duties
Human Resource Duties:
Create, monitor and update job postings to recruit qualified applicants
Screen applications
Schedule and conduct interviews of qualified applicants
Verify previous employment and check references
Onboard new hires
Schedule and conduct employee performance reviews
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficient in using a computer (Excel, Word, etc.)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
2+ year(s) experience in Administration or Human Resources
Previous interviewing and hiring experience required
Ability to work independently, communicate concisely and professionally
