Resident Manager
Seeking an experienced resident/site manager for a large upscale townhouse complex located in Temple Valley. Position requires excellent computer, administrative, verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to work well with owners and residents of the property exhibiting good people skills and tact. Willingness to enforce House Rules is required. Some hands-on experience with minor plumbing, carpentry and electrical knowledge. Landscaping knowledge desirable. Able to manage a staff of four. Must be able to work well with a board of directors, property manager and contractors. Must be willing to be on call 24/7 to handle emergency situations. Salary commensurates with experience. Housing may be provided as an option for a resident manager or the applicant may elect to not reside on the property.
