Join Kauai Beach Boys, the island’s most established beach concession since the 1980s, and turn the beach into your workplace! We're hiring part-time Beach Attendants—from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
This is perfect for students or anyone looking for a few days a week, with the potential to grow into a full-time role.
What You’ll Do:
Greet guests and provide awesome customer service
Set up beach rentals (umbrellas, chairs, surfboards, SUPs, snorkel gear, etc.)
Clean and maintain gear for safety and cleanliness
Give safety briefings and help guests feel confident and comfortable
Sell tours and activities, and process reservations
Help keep a safe, welcoming beach environment
What We’re Looking For:
Physically strong (must lift 75+ lbs)
Must be able to work in a fast pace environment/ hot beach setting
Friendly, professional, and reliable
Ocean safety knowledge is required
Must be able to surf, SUP and enjoy being on the beach
Team player with good judgment and a caring attitude

Pay: $20/hr (probation) → $24/hr + Tips
Schedule: Part-time – Must be available Tuesday, Wednesday Thursdays, Sundays
