Experienced cover-shift and part-time crew sought to join our large sailing and powerboat fleet spanning the Big Island from Kona, Waikoloa and Kawaihae. The position has the potential to grow into steady PT/FT shifts for the right candidate. We do not do manta trips; captains and crew do not need to work nights. The workday ends after the sunset trip.

Hawaii Nautical is one of Hawaii's largest ocean-activity providers, with a fleet of vessels islandwide serving many harbors across Oahu, the Big Island and Maui. We believe in delivering service, safety, and the spirit of Aloha.
We do not have night trips so all shifts end after the Sunset sail at the latest. We are very eco-conscious and we do not swim-with-dolphins nor swim-with-mantas trips. We respect the ocean, and the ecosystem, and follow strict guidelines so that all marine mammals and wildlife are protected.
