Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for handling tour inquiries, checking in passengers for their tour, collecting sensitive passenger information, cleaning the aircraft before and after each tour, and answering phone calls.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills
Experience in delivering excellent customer experiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the aviation industry is a plus
Must be able to pass a background check and hold a AOA badge
