Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate service calls and maintenance jobs
Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, discuss service needs, and follow up after completion
Dispatch technicians and track progress of service jobs
Create and process service tickets, estimates, and invoices
Order parts and manage service inventory
Maintain records and assist with billing coordination
Support the service manager and team with administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Prior experience in HVAC, construction, or a service-related business preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using google calendar and microsoft office
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
Professional, positive attitude with a focus on customer service
