OVER VIEW:
Position specific responsibilities:
Assist swimmers as needed and be prepared to respond to any in water emergency or assist.
Provide exceptional customer service to passengers on our tours, in and out of the water.
Outfit passengers with snorkeling gear, flotation, and provide assistance as needed.
Serve food and beverages and assist guests throughout the day. Perform vessel cleaning and light maintenance.
Share local knowledge and chat up customers.
Ensure that vessel is safe and secure at all times.
Other on-going duties and projects as assigned by the Captain.
