We are seeking an experienced Resident Services Manager to join our team. Serves as resident concierge and liaison for seniors in the 15 Craigside community.
The position is Full Time (40 hours per week) from 7:30am to 5:00pm (after hours if needed) Monday to Friday (weekends if needed).Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Manages and coordinates resident concierge services
Responds to and handles resident concerns and requests
Coordinates orientation for new residents moving into the Community
Attends various resident meetings to stay informed and serve as a point of contact between the residents and management
The Successful Applicant must have:Exceptional customer service skills and responsiveness
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, active listening skills, and a high degree of empathy and patience
Experience working with seniors and interdisciplinary teams highly desirable
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) software applications as well as the ability to learn new software applications
