Retail Associate - $19 (Kula) + Tips
Surfing Goat Dairy, located in Upcountry Maui, is growing and looking for Retail Associates to support its expanding Agritourism business. Purchased years ago, the new ownership has made continuous improvements to the business, which was recently awarded “Top 10% of things to do world wide” by Trip Advisor.
Duties:
- Engage with customers to provide a positive experience
- Guide (training provided) casual farm tours for guests
- Demonstrate product knowledge and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions with products including our farm tours & experiences
- Operate the Shopify sales and fair harbor reservations systems effectively and accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store
- preparing cheese plates, limited food service tasks, and supporting and restocking of merchandise
Requirements:
- Strong personal skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Experience in food service and tourism is preferred
- love and appreciation for animals
- Excellent customer service skills to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- responsible and reliable a must
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Shifts are scheduled between 830am and 530pm Tuesday to Saturday.
