There are 3 components to the Entry Level Management Recruit:
The Candidate must be an effective communicator and excellent listener. They must be charismatic and
good with people. They will educate members about their existing benefits. Because benefits are
intangible, they must be well versed and good at explanation. They must be able to relate to various types
of people easily in order to effectively educate different groups of members.
Analysis:
The Management Trainee will decipher a member's financial situation. This includes but is not limited to
the discovery of a member's goals, needs, and a snapshot of the member's current financial situation.
Interpretation:
They must determine if the member's current benefits are adequate for his/her situation. If they are not,
they will make a recommendation based on the member's current financial situation and need.
Qualifications:
-Customer Service experience and/or sales management experience.
-Must possess excellent organizational skills.
-Must possess superior communication skills.
